What this means for you: You choose a plan, we handle your updates, and you never worry about your site again, simple as that.

Why these terms exist: We built these so you always know exactly what you get and when—no surprises.

🔍 1. What’s Included

• Minor Updates: swap a banner image, change up to 100 words, update a button/link
• Form/Embed Work: embed or fix one donation/registration form
• Page Builds: create one new CMS page or major layout section
• Bonus Items: Any bonus items listed on the pricing page (reports, strategy calls, etc.)

SLA Guarantee

Miss an SLA? You get 1 free Minor Update credit next month.

3. Rolling Over Unused Updates

Basic & Pro: Roll over a few unused Minor Updates one time.

‍Premium: Use it or lose it each month—grab everything you need!

4. Fair-Use Tweaks

We’ll handle very quick tweaks that don’t fit a ticket:

• Basic & Pro: under 10 minutes
• Premium: under 30 minutes

Anything beyond that is billed per section 5.

5. Money & Billing

Monthly Fee: Charged automatically via Stripe.

‍Extra Tickets:

• Minor Update: \$75 each
• Form/Embed: \$125 each
• Page Build: \$350 each

Late Payments: 1.5% fee after 15 days; service may pause until paid.

6. Cancel or Change Plans

Cancel: Email support@eaglestreammedia.com at least 15 days before your next billing date. Service runs through your paid month.

‍Switch Plans: Upgrade or downgrade anytime—changes take effect next billing cycle.

7. What We Need from You

• Access to your Webflow site, hosting, images, copy, and login credentials.
• Submit requests via email or our ticket portal (Mon–Fri, 9 am–5 pm ET).
• Approve drafts within 3 business days, or we’ll treat work as accepted.

8. Ownership & Privacy

You own it: Once paid, all deliverables are yours.

‍We protect it: We keep your credentials safe and don’t store donor data.
